Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate.
If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction and your bid is accepted by Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of OH. Unless you and Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Bids are not retractable. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ITEM:
The high bidder will receive a certificate in the mail for the item. The winner will then need to go to the business to redeem the certificate.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ITEM?
You will have 2 full business days to purchase/pay for your item(s). Wednesday, March 31 - Friday, April 2nd. |
Winners that only have certificates with a combined total under $250.00 retail value will be charged $3.75 + $1.00 for each additional item. All items will then be mailed together by USPS. Winners that have at least one item with a retail value of $250 and over will be charged $7.00 + $1.00 for each additional item. All items will then be mailed together by UPS.
Certificates will be mailed in place of actual item. Certificate may be redeemed for item at physical store location. |
